That's for Primed (Not sure who buys them). Ultimate is 13,150.

"The Paladin Caernarvon Action X. The brand-new Tier VIII has tremendous firepower (strong enough to send shivers down the Tier Xs turrets) "
That is so funny, PR at its best.

Obligatory I don't know what TT stands for, a quick search gave me "Top Tank" . Seems the Paladin has a good gun but garbage ammo? The 20Pdr type B should have 230 pen but it has 175 on paladin? That's barely better than the stock Caernarvon 17 Pdr. I'm really excited for this tank since Britain hardly gets any premiums, even less that are worth writing home about. 15% XP and 50% silver is something all my other premiums can do, and they do it better with 200+ pen at tier 8. Is there something I'm missing with Paladin?
Edit: Did some more comparing between Centurion 7/1 and Paladin, same 20Pdr gun, should have the same stats, roughly 230 pen.

The gun stats are the same except it has a much better rate of fire. So 226 pen, 230 damage 10.17 RoF(used to be 7.7 or 8). Add more DPM compared to the regular Caernarvon at the cost of less side armor.
Lights tanks need rebalanced(again)
Update 4.2 and 4.6 were terrible

Saw some last night, they are still great torches once you hit that huge engine deck. Unless they are hull down they are easy pickings.

I really like the way this tank looks. I don't know if I want to fork out that much gold for one but it is very tempting. I do need a Tier VIII British Heavy Trainer though as I do not have any (because there were none until now). I think I would have preferred the 32 pounder though because with that 20 pounder, even with premium ammo, it is going to be tough to get through some of those Tier X beast unless you can get on their a_s. The only thing I didn't like about my Caernarvon (which I still own but has no crew at the moment) was the Ammo Rack location. It was easy to get damaged as you can't always go hull down and you can't always not get shot.

Are you looking at "near pen"? It reads the same as the 4202P in my garage, and the tank has no problem penning most of the metal she meets. Ammo spec reads the same as the 4202P on her garage profile as well: 173-288mm pen for the standard AP. The only reason the 4202P was even playable before the 4.6 speed/armor buff was her great gun. And the Paladin is like a 36kph 4202 with way better armor and reload speed, with the downside being camo rating and reverse speed. I get 6.5 sec reload out of my 4202's 20-pounder with rations and a good crew, a 5 second reload on the same gun is some serious firepower.
Edit: looking at tankopedia is shows 226/258/42MM for pen values

I bought it, not sure if I like it or not yet (and I like the TT Can).
First thoughts are - The ROF is nuts, 5 seconds with rammer/skills. The aim time is kinda meh. The other is that wow, everyone stops what they're doing to shoot at you. I've had people half the map away focus me instead of the higher tier tanks next to me.
I've had ten games, only 2 wins. 9 of them I got more assisted dmg than I did actual dmg...I have tried playing it aggressively and passively. I can't really get either to work, the armour seems a bit meh, one minute I bounced 3 shots in a row from a Tort, the next a Mauschen just pops round a corner and snapshots me 3 times in a row.
Got a mastery just now with 4k dmg and some assisted where the only dmg I took was when arty splashed me for 500 (despite hitting the Foch and only doing 300 dmg, seems legit).
What I don't get is why is the ROF so high when the TT one isn't, despite the fact that the 32pdr has no appreciable gain in any sort of stat other than "alpha".

Unfortunately the frontal armour is at that awkward position of being impenetrable to tier 6 and a lot of lower end 7's, but any 17lb, 90mm or German 88 upwards is going to lunch holes in you quite freely. Facing 9's and 10's and that turret starts to look quite easy to pen too (which is why the CAX got buffed heavily).
The old TT Caerny with the AX turret was very much like this Paladin. The addition of the cheek protection is a lovely touch as that was / is a problem when trying to poke ridges due to its slow mobility stats when climbing in particular. However the buffed Centurion turret now on the Cent 1 and TT Caerny is better all round than the AX due to that big fat forehead and lack of a mantlet (in my opinion). If they had given it the CAX version of the AX turret it would be very sexy hull down against pretty much anything.
I am not going to buy it, not until the unbranded version appears at least, or it's offered in a bundle. I just don't fancy playing the Caerny with the low alpha again.

Yyyeah... Was all I had to look at in-game and wasn't bothered with looking it up online, sucks you can't look at package info for stock tanks you don't own. Only right after I made my initial post I compared Paladin's gun to 7/1's 20Pdr and found it to be the same statwise.
