Since the start of the Loaded Dice Event I've experienced a very significant increase in 'ghost shells'. I'm really not imagining it (honestly). Shots will go straight into a target (often the side) but no damage or ricochet results - just nothing. Happened once with 3 out of four shots in a clip from The Machine. Before this event this would happen very very rarely.

Has anyone else noticed this or should I just go away quietly...?

I have not noticed a difference yet. Shots tend to bounce when I am in auto-lock.

Why is the Machine in the game again?

Yes, I have noticed it as well.. I just figured it was RNG doing what it does best.. Frustrating me..
