people should not know when they are being aimed at, its total scrub friendly nonsense and is especially unfair to tank destroyers

This. Or they could just remove whole "Targeted" mechanic, it's a stupid, gamebreaking mechanic. Old "Detected" system were better.

How dare you use your eyes to see when a tank turns a turret toward you!  That's cheating!

 

Here's a tip...Don't keep your aim circle on your enemy except when you are pulling the trigger.  Rocks and houses are particularly helpful for shading this with little movement.
