There's only so many times people will tolerate your game freezing up and booting them with a server issue message before they just give up and play something else. I get very limited time to play and I'm not a fan of wasting it by getting kicked or having the game freeze up for 10 seconds at a time. As always I really like wot but not when it won't let me even play it..

OK well good to know you're able to play. I played 4 games on XBOX, 1 froze up, another kicked me. Yesterday it kept doing it too. Had to hard reset after getting kicked.

Go give No Man's Sky a try. Costs less than a premium tank on xbox right now.

Is it worth buying yet? I haven't heard much of it since its troubled release.

It just had it's biggest update yet, yesterday. There are still bugs of course, but it's still an alright game to play with friends.

I've heard really great things about what it has become. I just refuse to reinforce the idea that you can sell a beta for full price and expect players to stand by while you make the game worth it.

Welcome to the forums. Where you can call people stupid, just don't call them passive-aggressive.

Sometimes I get booted 3-4 times in a session, it’s very annoying. If I was a new or even a casual player it would probably stop me from playing.

It also makes me so mad get booted in battle and then having to relaunch the game. It takes so long because you have to go through all the pop ups, connect to the server, and then load into the battle. By the time you load back in your usually looking at a burning wreck. They really should look into a way to skip all that nonsense to were if you relaunch the game it immediately starts loading into the battle.

Lights tanks need rebalanced(again)

Update 4.2 and 4.6 were terrible

Are the servers not stationed at the "data centre"...

World of tanks Auto lock edition,  because aiming shouldn't be a skill.

Call my petty, but I had to stop playing it. The missnumbered achievements drove me nuts. Ill just grab it on steam later. Hell, I will even give my copy to someone who wants it.

“Greatness is a transitory experience. It is never consistent. It depends in part upon the myth-making imagination of humankind. The person who experiences greatness must have a feeling for the myth he is in. He must reflect what is projected upon him. And he must have a strong sense of the sardonic. This is what uncouples him from belief in his own pretensions. The sardonic is all that permits him to move within himself. Without this quality, even occasional greatness will destroy a man.”

I've been wondering this. For the past few days I've had terrible lag (2-3 bars) on the EU server. Begged the toon to switch to US server (they're mostly Brits) and I'm fine. Not sure if it's my ISP.

While I'm sure blaming wg for everything is easier it's not really always true. Even if you're in another country you're still usually going to connect to the na servers at some point during the communication and us internet infrastructure is terrible.

Odd how all my other games are working fine.

Happens to me after every update. I'll start getting kicked every 20 or 30 minutes and always during combat so I usually load back in dead. This has been going on for quite a while now. Happened to me Tuesday and wednesday. I even reset my console and router and I still got kicked within that time frame.

I've had no lag or crashes at all. Anecdotal evidence doesn't necessarily translate a universal truth. In this case you say their servers suck. Yet I've had no long or issues with my connection to them. I've played at all hours of most days. If it was 100% on wg I'd be experience some lag. Any lag. I'm not saying the issue isn't at least partially on their end. I'm saying the entire country doesn't have a very great internet infrastructure and it's not accurate to just blame wg every time there's a connection problem. Internet companies have monopolies in most places here and have a habit of letting services go to [edited]

It's had 3 or 4 big updates since release. Pretty much all the originally promised features are in the game now.

They could have avoided all the bad press by just keeping it in development a bit longer.

Selling a game in a beta state is fine as long as it's clearly advertised as such. Game preview on Xbox and steam early access have been successful for a lot of games. Players get to play the game often at a lower price than after full launch and feedback the players provide can often shape the development of the game (for better or worse). Developers get some funding to continue the development of the game and a group of willing testers to help find bugs or other issues.

The main issue is the practice of big companies (or even smaller ones in some cases) releasing a game advertised as the full fat package only for players to find after purchase that most of the features are missing. Only for those features to be added at a later date either as free updates or as paid DLC (looking at you destiny).

Hi Lads and ladies, I can’t say that I’ve had any problems with the game locking up. Even with my Aussie crappernet. Within the last week that is.

Here's hoping you don't play sports games. All of my favorite "other" games have become like this. Release a half-finished game and then drop some updates long after release to make them playable.
