Just wanted to reach out to either Rai or Max, to see if they could help answer something.

 

I just had a good game in the Machine, and I for some reason recieved not a single mastery badge.

With the game I had I should have recieved at least a Mastery 1 badge, yet none appeared.

Afterwards I had a much worse game, and recieved a Mastery 3.

Just wondering what happened? I'm feeling a bit ripped off.

The photos I took were too big to download, so I'll try to add the link for OneDrive.

The one you got a badge for was a win, so would have a higher base xp. The defeat you didn't get any epic medals that would award you a winning level of xp (if you had a top gun, hi cal etc it probably would have been). 

 

It's quite common to have amazing games on a loss that would have been an M on a win that are either a 3rd or nothing. 

I hope it helps, but check the details for base xp difference.

You didn't get a battle hero medal on the loss so didn't recieve enough xp for a mastery.

Can't see your actual base xp (the only thing that matters for mastery badges). But not getting a battle hero medal on a defeat basically makes getting a mastery medal impossible. The ace tanker requirement is pretty high for the machine too.

I'm mainly surprised that it didn't even get a 3rd class mastery even.

After work I'll have to check both games reports and see the base XP difference.

I'm more sad Batman than anything lol.
