So i noticed the T32-A is on the trade-in event and wanted to know a few things.

1. Is it a good tank? Been messed up pretty bad by it on the battle field.

2. is the fatherland a good trade for it? i only have to put 3,836 gold with it for the T32-A which i got the gold for free from the ops.

What's everyone's opinion on it i would like to hear

Spoiler

I haven't played it but the T32-A does seem like a really good tank(I'm considering trading in my IS-6 for it). The T32-A is simply a T32 with the stock turret and an autoloader, and as such it has solid hull armor, turret armor that can bounce shots but isn't reliable, and a very good gun (it deals 960 damage per clip with a decent 28.5 second reload as well). It's also unique for the fact that it has a 10% Free XP multiplier (as opposed to most tanks which only have a 5% multiplier).

Also, I would certainly say it's worth trading the Fatherland in for unless there's some other tank you'd prefer to trade it in for. The Fatherland isn't really a good tank, has a very high gold price, and was given away for free, and as such it's pretty much the best tank to trade in for another tier VIII premium.

I would do that in a heart beat. Piece of advice though, let the reticle zero in ALL THE WAY.

Now, by all the way, I mean, literally all the way down to where its not moving anymore. If its even .001 seconds from being all the way down, your shot will go into space.

Other than that, I like the tank a lot. Its got a good speed for a heavy, the gun is accurate if you follow what I said earlier, and it has three shots in a magazine. I would definitely go with that rather than the fatherland.

First thank you for the very informative breakdown i appreciate it, sounds like it'd be nice to have fun with and earn a little more free xp on the side, Iv'e never went down the T110E5 line so i didn't know about the armor on the T32 thanks.

Honestly, now that I think about it the T32-A is a lot like a tier VIII T57 Heavy. Both tanks have autoloaders with decent damage, fairly quick reloads, and inaccurate guns that should pretty much always be fully aimed, both tanks are fairly quick/mobile for heavy tanks but are slow by medium standards, and both tanks have armor that can bounce shots but isn't reliable. If you like the T57 Heavy then you will probably enjoy the T32-A, although you do have to keep in mind that the T32-A can be bottom tier where the T57 obviously can't.

I have it (Ty Fusion) and i love it. The gun feels nice with the pen buff it has (along the T32) but sadly the armor is the biggest let down with the tank

I wish they would buff it even if just a little bit in the armor department. Its way too easy to pen that thing even when its angling.

Do think they should give it the upgraded turret even keep the engine the way it is (maybe buff it a little) so it has something other than a pure autoloader. Fiving it 40 more engine HP wouldn't be a bad thing either too. One thing i would say for the T32 is give it the T32E1 hull as it loses the bow gunner on it and a few other things.

Yeah, I think it needs something other than just the fact that its an autoloader.

If the T32-A were given the T32's top turret then it would certainly be OP. That said, it could be an interesting idea to give the T32-A the M26 Pershing's turret, as that would give stronger turret armor without giving it an invincible turret front (although it probably doesn't need any sort of buff).

Pershing's turret is trash though. (mantle doesn't count) as both tanks are the same design (overall) It wouldn't be OP by giving it the better turret.

I want to make that deal soooo bad for my IS-6, but its the last tier 8 Russian heavy premium that I have. Traded the Fatherland last time for something.

What's a garage without a premium Russian heavy at tier 8? Plus I have the T34 and the Patriot already for 'Murica.Thought about trading the T34 but that was my first tier 8 prem. Feels nostalgic even though its outclassed by everything now. So is the IS-6 lol.

Decisions, decisions.

The Pershing's turret would be a major upgrade to the current stock T32 turret it has, and if the T32-A were given the upgraded T32 turret it would make the T32 largely irrelevant.

The T34 isn't outclassed by anything right now, especially considering that it still has one of the best turrets, close to the highest alpha damage, and the best pen of any tier VIII heavy.

Yeah I guess. The gun has always been amazing for tier 8. I got kinda tired of everything else a while ago. Does everything so slowly. Feels like tanking in slow motion. I still run it occasionally though.

Be a reason to give it the better Hull as well plus some other buffs too. like maybe 350 alpha.

Fair enough. Honestly I feel the same way about the IS-6, as I enjoyed it well enough when I first got it but now days I barely every play it (and the only reason I haven't traded it in yet is for the same sort of nostalgia reason).

The T32 really doesn't need a buff though, especially considering that it's already one of the best tier VIII heavy tanks.

I'm thinking about it but I'm not sure an autoloader with just 950 clip damage and a reload that long is worth it if it can't shoot and scoot.

I'm not stealing kills, I'm handing out Confederate medals.
