Title says it all. Solid, consistent heavy with a decent gun, or one heckin meme boi? I kinda want both, but really only have money for one right now. Both are around 3,700 gold.

Flip a coin.  You either get a German tank dressed up as a Russian that still plays like a German....... or you get the most “russia” tank to ever Russia.  But if you already have a premium Tiger, and you don’t have the TT KV-2 permanently in your garage, then the Dreadnought can take that niche of being the “fun” tank.

Tiger. We really don't need the cancer that is the Dreadnought in this game.

The Dreadnought hands down. It's a much more fun and unique tank and, unlike the T-VI-100, the Dreadnought isn't largely outclassed by the Tiger 131.

I’m almost convinced in getting the Dread. I’ve never played a KV-2 so am still up in the air on it.
But that price seems pretty good.

this isn't true. I have both. I prefer the 100 to the 131.

Get both. If that's not an option, I'd get the Dreadnought.

I have no problem if you enjoy the T-VI-100 more. I'm just saying that the 131 has many pretty major advantages, like DPM, acceleration, and most importantly preferential MM, while the only advantages the T-VI-100 has at all are its 30 extra alpha damage, 4 degrees better turret traverse, and 20mm of extra pen.

You've got to at least have a go at the KV2 - last night I had a my KV2 vs 6 clutch game, and she came out on top. Although games like that are rare, it makes the KV2 worth it (there are other/many days when she couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo).

You can't judge tanks on number from spread sheets. We all know that. The 100 is just a stronger tank. pref mm may be the most important thing for you, but i really don't mind being 2 tiers down in the 100. Can't say the 131 deals with being bottom tier very well. It's got no pen. Too much gold needs tp be spammed.

I had extra gold from war chests so I picked up both but if I could only get one, it would be the Dreadnought.

I prefer T-VI-100 because people think you're just another Tiger. The Dreadnut can have a bullseye on it because no one wants to be slapped for 700 at Tier VII.

I'm not judging both tanks based on some spreadsheet, I'm simply looking at the facts of each one's stats. The 131 does have worse pen, but it's only by 20mm (which in most engagements means that the 131 will be able to pen whatever the T-VI-100 could), and the T-VI-100 would certainly need to use more premium ammo against tier IXs than the 131 would have to use against tier VIIIs, which is another reason as to why having preferential MM is a major advantage. Factually speaking the 131 is a significantly stronger tank than the Russian Tiger.

Depends.  Do you like having some precision or do you just prefer the brute force and ignorance method?
