I went to sign the Thunder Bucket contract and when I did - IT PURCHASED THE SLAPJACK!!!   Jeez - I didnt want the Slapjack and I did NOT select it - i was IN the Thunder Bucket tank info. Serious bug.   It flashed across all 3 screens in like 10 seconds and at the end I was in the Thunder Bucket contract and short 15K gold!  If I was purchasing the Slapjack, how did I start AND end in the Thunder bucket screen?!?!

I put it a ticket but was told no help for ACCIDENTAL purchases - WHAT?    I am a software developer with 30 year in the industry.   I THINK I know the difference.

 

Ripped off for 50 bucks with no recourse by a game I have supported for 3 years with hundreds of dollars of purchases.....    Not right, not good customer service.

Hello, when you try to sign a new contract when you already have one signed, you have a pop up that requires you to select to either buy out the current contract and sign the new one, or cancel the current contract and sign the new one. It sounds like you selected to buy out the current. Unfortunately it's not possible to reverse a contract buy out.

Nope.   I was NOT in the Slapjack contract i was in a different one.  I know the difference between a mistake and a bug.    Try all you want but this was a bug and ripped me off fo 15k gold.  Way to piss off a customer who has spent hundreds.

Hello, that is correct. You do not need to be in the Slapjack contract to buy it out. As mentioned, upon trying to sign a contract for a different tank, you get the pop up to finish your existing contract for gold or to cancel it. This popup happens because you can only sign 1 contract at a time so you either have to buyout the one you already sign or cancel it.

Which contract were you already in?  Sounds like it should've bought out "that" particular contract before you signed up for the Thunder Bucket contract.

Exactly.  If I was switching contacts THAT merc would have been purchased not the slapjack.  Bug not accident.  Besides that I am not asking for real money back just my gold.  They already have my real money!   Not like I wasn’t going to spend it on another tank or camo or whatever?  Costs nothing and keeps a customer. Jeez look at my lifetime spend and number of games.  This is how you treat Your best customer s!?!?

Are you sure you had not previously signed the slapjack contract? Anybody else in your household share your console that may have done it for you?

Wonder, WoT can easy Go through your stats, its all in the documentary, they see all steps you klicked, btw which contract you signed before this accident? Sounds strange. Some purchase happen too fast, for example, buying a garage slot for 300 Gold, one klick and done, no need to hold button for longer.

The all knowing max can tell you exactly when you farted and how many times in your last gaming session so I am sure he can go back into the files for the poster reporting the bug and see exactly which contract was signed and how many screens they passed through to buy out the contract in question. But be forewarned, he can usually provide screen shots and prove what did or did not happen. If it was a true bug then they should be able to see that and should definitely refund your gold back to your account as long as you haven't played any games in that tank you got but didn't want.
