Played on Great Wall last night in an encounter battle and a teammate thought it would be hilarious to park his E-100 sideways in the arch leading to the village section of the map (Where the base was located).  Even with a 705 I couldn't push him out of the way due to the weight difference.  This is the second time this has happened on this map in the last couple of weeks so I'm guessing the clowns have gotten wind of this tactic.  I did report and block him, but I know that's pretty much useless.  I found it interesting that his reputation was listed as "Needs Improvement" or something like that.

I'd suggest that WG make that wall destructible or widen the arch.

Um a troll making the game unenjoyable, in the last year of WOT what a great idea. Now why haven't I ever done this?

They deserve it, and get real use to the remenant games being unbearable! It's gonna get worse if you think I am the one upset enough to do this you are out've touch, there are players ABSOLUTELY pey o'd at WOT.

Great Wall just sucks as a map anyway.

Did I forgot to post?...... Yep I did if you think that the players are the offensive fault bearers you are sadly uninformed.

On topic of the OP, this might have been trolling.  Or, it might have also blocked the reds from getting to the cap from that direction, forcing them to the other path to the green base. Even after the E100 is destroyed, they won't be able to move him, either.

No I'm not advocating it.  Just thinking about the goofy possibilities that can go through people's minds when they play this game.  I've seen some weird things both in game and on these forums, and some people will do and say ANYTHING to justify their behaviors or ego-driven opinions.

It's not a new thing.  Superheavies used to turn sideways and block the north bridge on Ehrlenberg before they changed it so you could ford the river.

I'm not stealing kills, I'm handing out Confederate medals.

Nothing new, seen it 2 yrs ago from a guy in a Waffle. There are always a few idiots out there with nothing better to do.....wondering if this latest update forgot to add the blue for team kills. In a game yesterday and saw a tank push our guy into the water to drown (A-Hole) but did not turn blue. Hope they did not change this!

How does an E100 get to the arch before your 705a?  Oh, I got it... you were AFK at spawn for the first 30+ seconds?

Most heavies stay at the back nowadays

I saw my first player with a "avoid me" or something like that reputation and how he played the match made it pretty clear as to why. Haven't seen the blocking the tunnel trick yet though.

You obviously never played on the old version of Erlenberg where you could only cross the river at one of the three bridges. Those were always being “accidentally” blocked by tanks from both sides.

When the nice guy loses his patience the devil shivers.

I once saw all but two tanks on my team rush and try to get through those two arches at the same time. The first two tanks got wedged. Turned into a giant pile up with a giant Japanese tank clogging the back end. Nobody could get out. It was a mess. Needless to say, we lost.

As borked games go, from the sound of it I'd rate that one: admirable. I'd like to have seen that lol.

I want the old Chaffee back.

This. Wasn't it the Tog that turned sideways on a bridge prevented anyone crossing it....

Yes, it ust have been a true wonder to behold.  Although, your enjoyment of the spectacle would depend on which team you're watching from.

When I glanced at the team page to see what tanks we had, what tanks the red team had, and if I recognized any of the players, the guy had an odd symbol next to his gamertag so post match I checked out his profile and it stated something like 'avoid me.' Not sure what you do to get such a reputation but it sort showed in how he played.

Never noticed that with any other players.

Using a super heavy to block somewhere has been a legit tactic for years, though doing it to your own team is trollish.

The E25 was built for Shenanigans

Before they updated the map, I was in a 3 man tog platoon, and we blocked all 3 bridges on erlenberg to stop the other team from being able to get across and cap us.

It wasn’t our plan going into the game, it just became needed once it looked like they’d be able to push across and beat us. It was funny
