I have seen Standard Battles with either 100 or 200 base capture points, encounter battles with 200 or 250 base points and I think assault battles with 100 or 200 base points.  It would be good from a strategy point of view to know the base capture points before the battle.  They could be shown below the battle type on the staging area screen before the battle starts.

All bases only have 100 capture points. Not sure what it is that you are seeing or looking at? If you can provide more info or a picture of it, might be helpful to explain what it is that you're seeing. :honoring:

but if you get shot and the timer re-sets I’m pretty sure the capture points keep adding up..??

Nope, when you get shot, you lose all your Capture points, this is why the the cap resets.

I feel like this will have an impact on strategy and is a worthy addition.

When a person resorts to attacking the other person rather than focusing on the issue (aka argumentum ad hominem), it becomes pretty clear they have nothing else to contribute and are wrong.

And display own capture percentage while capping. Maybe on the top right with the other stuff. And please add overall capped percentage to the enemy base icon while capping. I am sad, we don't have percentage anymore on top. I think we had it several updates ago.

Max, Hi.  Capture points are seconds.  You have played plenty of battles, so I know you know the three timers that one sees are 1:40 (100 capture points), 3:20 (200 capture points, 2 x 100 cp), 4:10 (250 capture points, 2.5 x 100 cp).  So for a standard battle one has either 1:40 or 3:20.  I played two encounter games today, one had a 3:20 timer and the other 4:10.  My point is I think it is important to know before the battle how long the timer is for base capture especially for standard battles.

Two cents, personally I would like the game to be over when the timer reaches zero (0).  There are about two seconds after the zero timer to reset the base capture points with a shot.  Also, there is another 5 seconds after the base has been captured where the other team's last tank can be killed.  So the winning team has all its tanks kill but still wins?  I have been on both sides of these situations.

Thanks
