Is there any time frame to how long until we get reuseable consumables? I know that we're not like the PC version of the game but losing the same module immediately after repairing it is getting a little old.

Hopefully never.

World of tanks Auto lock edition,  because aiming shouldn't be a skill.

Isn't that part of the strategy of the game? The best way to fill those three slots with what you think you may need in battle based on the tank you're driving. And in battle, the right time to use those consumables. Reusable consumables seam to defeat that.

Be nice if they did come but at a cost. Every time you used it. You had to pay 3/4 of the price of whatever you use to use it again and again. but also would push the timer up to at least 2 mins. 90 secs is too fast.

The only reason behind introduction of reusable consumables was the stun mechanics for sky pigs and that's thankfully never coming to console. So, carry two repair kits and be happy! :)

Why do people not want reusable consumables?

That would work if you didn't have to sacrifice a medkit or a fire extinguisher to do so. But it's always the exact one time you need one of those two pieces that you never have one. I always have a fire extinguisher just in case, and I always need med kits because somehow a track shot knocks out my crew man. And you must know how frustrating it is to fix something, and then another thing or two get damaged seconds after. Also it makes no sense that your crew would repair something then junk everything.

Because people here apparently don't like nice things. Sure the enemy would be able to use them, but so does your side. And I did try a poll on a different site and found that some people were confused between reusable consumables and the healing consumables that were briefly announced then ended because people were complaining.

This is the best choice if they implement it. Small repair could be 90 seconds, large repair kit would have to be 2 minutes or longer though. And each subsequent use of the kits should cost 50-75% of the first kit.

If I only had a Baneblade....

Or just make, them 3 times as expensive as the large kits and they expire after the match if they were used even once

Small and large should be on the same timer. Neither should have the time advantage. and is part of why most people on PC including myself (to a degree) used the small repair kit instead of the large one. Both need to be the same.

Many tanks shouldn't carry a fire extinguisher now that you can double up on repair kits.

If you're running a low to moderate hit point vehicle, getting tracked in the open a second time will get you killed far more often than the occasional fire.

And since fire damages modules, you'll be pretty crippled anyway once the fire is out even if you do have an extinguisher.

I don't carry fire extinguishers in most of my lights tier 5 and higher, and rarely carry them in a mediums tier 6 and higher.

As nice as reusable consumables would be, I would be happy with the large repair kit working 3 times, ditto the large medical kit, and the automatic fire extinguisher becoming a single use extinguisher after the first fire. I find that only one person or module, and a critical one at that, happens when you carry a large kit. It's nice that you don't have to use the repair wheel, but it gets expensive when you use a large kit for a small repair or single crew member.

Return to the old rates of module damage would be helpful though.

PC got them because of stun, people don't want stun so no to reuseable kits. Games too easy as it is and it looks like +/-1 might come. So lets leave at least some thought and tactics in the game, do I carry 2 repair kit or fire extinguisher, maybe even food becomes a much easier decision if you don't need 2 of anything.
