When I press X on the gold function in the game store on PlayStation doesn't work..I press X on the other function's like Convert Xp , Convert Gold ect. they all work. But if I push the square it goes directly to the PlayStation Play Store..

same issue for me this morning when I tried to get gold. Haven't tried the ps store yet

Same for me can’t get gold either it has always worked in the past

Been the same since bata and in the supertest. Reported this at the beginning on PS. Doesn't get fixed.

Hello Max...When I go to GET GOLD icon to the left of CONVERT XP on PlayStation and press X still nothing happens , I press the square and then I go directly to the store..

Hello, could you please do the following while you're in the Store

- Plug in a Keyboard

- Press "Enter" and type the following exactly:

1337 report a manual bug please 1337

- Press "Enter"

- Let me know you did this so I can check the backend of your account. 

 

Please note, when you press enter and type, you are typing into an invisible box. You don't see anything or hear anything, but it is doing something.

Also, do you see the War Chest in your Ops Tab?

Also, when you go to the store, can you try to click on "Get Gold" every 10 seconds or so for a bit to see if it eventually loads?

Sorry Max I don't have the time. I'll try and see if it works over the weekend. + i haven't a clue how to delete bank details and add another one.

It is working as intended by pushing the X on PlayStation.
