O-I Experimental. The pen gun can't pen anything but lights and some mediums. Derp gun does damage but has a long aim time to which you must expose yourself too long. Why is this bad? You are the size of a house and have ZERO ARMOR. You are fast though, a fast, massive target. As soon as you're spotted expect everyone to shoot you, and lights race each other to kill you. A giant exp sponge in -2 matches. I could argue the same for the O-I. Even though it has armor, it's very slow and large. Tier 8s, all of them, can frontally pen you.

For me it's the Panther, when I worked on the E50M line I found the experience as exciting as a visit to the dentist. Top tier they were just passable, in low tier it was downright rude. I was so disgusted that I mainly ground him in War History.
I think it's because of that that I stopped grinding the TT tank.
I use Google translator for english language
Lots of juggling in french text, sometimes translator in trouble with that. If you do not understand what I write, tell me.

Panther seems to be a love/hate kinda tank. I did a poll once asking for best and worst tier VII TT medium and Panther was 3rd favorite and 2nd worst.
I actually didn’t mind her but T20, and Comet are better IMO so I didn’t keep her.

The panther still work well but not in situation of -2. I like the P88 and the warlord / M10, but they have PMM. I think Panther 1 and Panther 2 TT should be PMM too.

I also found the Churchill 7 to be God awful at -2 as well. That tank I hated with a passion, at least the Black Prince is good. Some tanks just feel great to sell, Churchill 7 was one.
