Can't buy Gold XBOX ONE X (BLACK FRIDAY)

In the store tab I can't buy Gold, I press the A button and it just blinks but doesn't go into the page that has the gold packages.

 

Hopefully this is resolved before the Black Friday sales are over. 

 

I have tried multiple times after restarting console.

Try purchasing it from the Microsoft store, that's worked for me in the past when the in game gold purchases aren't working.

Wow I posted this Black Friday gold buying issue topic early morning Friday, it is now late night Sunday and still no reply from mods.

 

I guess my money is better spent elsewhere.

 

The WG sales office would be so pleased.

Hello, this is a known MS issue which is why the Gold packs are available on the Webstore also which others have directed you to. We already have that backup in place for when they fails to load, there isn't anything we can do about this as it's up to MS to fix. We appreciate the report none the less. Still a response from you guys 2 or 3 days ago would have been appreciated even if it was just a "yeah what he said".

 

Just a little bit of customer service 101 advice from a broken down sales guy.

It was a holiday vacation here in the US (been on vacation since Wednesday) and we don't' work on the weekends. Our Customer Support Center is open 24/7/365 which you can reached by filling a Support Ticket. Just for future reference if you are looking for assistance during holidays or weekends. :honoring:

Maybe some volunteer mods from the community would be an idea for holidays, especially during the busiest shopping day/weekend of the year in the US. 

 

In the past in some cases I have waited days for a response from support (maybe that has changed since then) plus when I have my wallet out I don't want to go to too much extra effort to use what's in it. As I said maybe some sort of volunteer mod program from the community would be an idea for holidays where the regular mods are off. That way those of us who crave an official response to our game issue would get one, just my 2 cents:honoring:
