Never. I was tempted a few times but I decided to try and take it out on the red team instead.

Never in the middle of a battle.

If I'm really upset I might quit to the dashboard straight after my tank just exploded, but so far I've never quit, got drowned ot self-destructed on purpose.

I'll freely admit I have on occasion just quit back to the garage early on in a match.

It's usually because arty hits my tank for 90%+ of my hitpoints and broke multiple modules/killed multiple crew members within the first 60-90s. To the point its not even worth continuing the match because I'm a 1 shot kill and don't see the point of playing with a crippled tank.

Playing a red health tank with a dead loader, driver and a broken engine (or worse) just isn't worth the effort.

In that situation if I'm not in a platoon it won't just be quit back to garage either. It'll be quit to dashboard and launch a different game.

If the map is bad and I was going to do something else anyway then I will absolutely just walk away. Sometimes I come back sometimes not. Not like a -2 was going to be much use on Ardennes or ensk anyway.

MOEs so I can pretend like they matter

I’ve never quit but I have caused several teammates to rage-quit.

I've yolo-ed, and I've gotten into a pushing match with someone that's started trolling me.  But I've never quit back to garage.  Just yolo if you need to quit.  It takes but a small amount of time, and you'll get a few shots in.

I would also consider drowning yourself intentionally as rage quitting.

I like the YOLO answer!

A bunch of 'pro gamers' recognized me in a match in their 5 man Bat. 25t platoon and threw all 5 tanks away to kill me. At some point I just hit return to garage as double ammo racked and what not. The only time I can honestly recall abandoning before being destroyed.

Agree. Never quit - take the paultry sum yoloing gives and move on. One xp is better than zero xp from quitting.

Oh, I've absolutely "rage quit" a few other games, mostly mobile apps designed poorly or predatorily.

But, no, I've never disconnected or committed suicide in World of Tanks simply because of its' cooperatively multiplayer nature.  No matter how bad the some game mechanics or players may be, I'm not going to the exacerbate the situation with my toxic behavior.  Even though that often means enduring an obvious loss for another 10 minutes until finally being put out of my misery.

I am  guilty of going off-mission or playing uncharacteristically selfish, whenever I need to fulfill some arbitrary contract/OP requirement that isn't coming naturally.

Never while in battle and still able to do damage.

Once back in the garage, I've been known to shut it down and go watch YouTube or finish the laundry.

And if I could truly convey how much I loathe doing the laundry, the fact I'm choosing IT over playing a video game speaks to the level of my frustration.

Nope. Yolo'd a few times. Only rage quit after a match. Not really rage quit. More like time to play something else or watch a movie.

Just played a game where 4 teamates suicided. One pointed out his Tortoise shot 15 rounds not one penn. Shooting at heavy and medium.

WTG WG developers this is a great and well coded game.

I’ve never quit out. I’ve stopped caring about a game a few times and didn’t play my best but I’ve never quit mid game.

I don’t know how to act my age! I’ve never been this old before!

No because I am a mature adult who understands this is nothing more than a video game designed for the purpose of entertainment.

Quitting is for quitters, every time i consider quitting mid-game things take a turn for the better and i regret i even thought about it, always just stick it out.

As for rage quitting after dying a horrible death, yea it happens.
