i sent in a ticket to get a refund on my scourge that i have not played in multiplayer and it cannot be refunded?

any reason why? i am just curious.

Was it free? It was an OP prize a little while back.

Have you driven it at all in any fashion? Also there is a specific ticket catagory for requesting a refund, did you submit it there?

I think you can still drive in Proving Grounds but not sure, Can't remember if Commander Mode or War Stories count. Also the Tank has to be in the same condition as when it was bought. I'll send it to WG but it's best to post these during the week where it may be seen.

 

Until they respond, Don't touch the tank.

i did drive it in commander mode as a tanker, i also did summit it in the correct area.

 

am i allowed to post what the Customer support said?

Please be honest and do the right thing.

I didn't touch the Jammer for a week. The supposed purchase was during WOT server disconnects. They didn't refund me.

I suspect since you used it, even though it was Commander mode, that is why they won't refund it. It says it can't have been used at all.
