Up until recently, the Hardcase had no spaced armor on its UFP.  But with one of the recent updates, a spaced armor slab appeared on the model.  The piece does not show up as part of the hit box within armor inspector, but is clearly visible as part of the vehicles model.  Why was this model changed recently?  Was the spaced slap on the UFP supposed to count as actual armor?  It seems silly if it is not meant to count as actual armor considering the size of it.  Was there a bug associated with this vehicle upon its introduction initial, hence why the model was recently updated without clarification?

Hello, this is a known bug. The slab shouldn't visually be there. :honoring:

The slab looks like it was designed for this vehicle.

So, it is still there?

No update info for 2 consecutive weeks so far.

This slab is very annoying. Even thou it is just a visual bug but it doesnt allow you to aim correctly.

You just cant see the armour model behind it. Also aiming at this slab look like you aiming at something destructable(white colour instead of yellow/orange/red) so players getting missleading ingame info about enemy armour thickness.

I think an explanation of the slab would be better.  My guess is that the vehicle originally had it as part of the design as actual armor.

Is that really the only problem with the tank? It's covered in concrete ... it's funnier than the barbed wire on the turret   :D  (but I understand the problem)

English is not my native language, but who cares? (  so do not write to me in this case )

They should pull the slab off of the back of the tank and put it on the front, if it could be damaged and knocked off that would be interesting too. Otherwise there is no real weak spot to shoot the damn thing.

Modern explosive reactive armor is little more than blocks of ceramic with a charge inside it to deflect the force of an incoming anti tank round. Concrete like this would be a very rudimentary form of this armor. Makeshift tank armor like this does exist as well, the effectiveness is debatable though.
