Massive lag on EU again

I know WG want me to report this in a ticket but im report with recordings and nothing gets done 

This happened on XBOX EU 24/01/20 at 09:12 until i got the message saying (world of lag is not available at this time) i instantly ran speedtester on my pc and on my xbox both got same result

WG about 4 years ago you had same issue after a week of investigating you fount the cause to be certain broadband hubs were not listed on your ports my hub is british telicom smart hub 6

I have been playing a couple hours on PlayStation EU and not even a single twitch in the game.
