E:00G24 ERROR

E:00g24 Service not available Helpmepls

I have been having this issue for atleast 4 weeks now. Everything was working fine until the 2  previous patches happened. I am not able to connect to any of the 2 servers available. Kindly take note of all the steps that I have already taken:

 

- I have already hard reset both xbox one and router

- on wired connection and static ip aswell with dmz

- I have opened all ports necessary to connect to wot

- My nat type is OPEN

- Literally every other game works except for this

- I had recently reported this to wot support but alas all they did is give me all the basic steps which I have already done countless times

 

I am honestly getting sick of this. Im losing my premium time.  Please help I do not know what to do anymore.

Maybe try uninstall and re install?

Hello, I've been talking to you over on Reddit, welcome to the forums. We are taking a look to see if we can see anything. 


Also, can you provide more details about what you are experiencing? You mentioned being affected for the past 4 weeks, however, we can see you have been playing. It sounds like it might just be an intermittent issue you see but you still can get on and play. Please be as factual as possible to assist in our investigation.

 

EDIT: Can you say which ports you have opened?

Hopefully his ISP isn't Virgin Media

Hey thanks for your concern once more, Well its about to be 4 weeks now since this happened albeit every day I've been trying to login but I never succeed.

 

As soon as I hit play, It goes   " Connecting "    then the error message will appear,   "  Service Not Available - E:00G24 "   

After this I will redirected back to the main menu.

 

The ports I have opened are the following:

 

  • TCP: 1080,3074,3128,8080-8081,8088,8888,20000-25000,32801,32803
  • UDP: 88,500,3074,3478-3479,3544,4500,5060,5062,12000-29999,32801-32825

Again thank you once more so much for your concern. 

I just want to play really this lockdown is driving me nuts :(

 Our network guys said the error you are hitting is somewhere between the Xbox and the Server, something along the way is limiting your UDP (or DTLS) traffic.

 

Looks like you are missing some ports. Try opening the missing ones to see if that helps. If these don't help, you will probably need to contact your ISP.

Thank you for your reply. I am still unable to login even with the additional ports included.

I have spoken with a techinical support agent from my ISP and they haven't blocked any of the ports that I have forwarded.

Once more I am caught in the middle not knowing where, how or what to do. I feel like I might just have to give up and let the issue resolve itself by time I guess.

Its always possible that they are lying or not giving a crap about me but one things for sure, I wont be seeing my tanks in a good while. How ironic even wotm be locking down on me. :(
