So we all know those stupid stat bars in game that are all but meaningless right?  The ones that cap out at arbitrary values and nobody who has more than 100 battle uses?

Well, for [edited]and giggles I was curious, what's the highest sum total stat distribution you can get in game (on a single tank)?  So take everything you can (crew skills, equipment, consumables, etc) and try and maximize all of the bars as high as you can all on one tank.

I decideda medium or light was the best bet, high survivability heavies have inherently poor camo and mobility, so it seems that those are the stats to avoid (further, although view range is easy to max with equipment, most tanks can hit "max" with just vents and food and a good crew).  I found survivability the easiest to up through large kits, crew skills, and funnily all the useless equipment (torsion bars and spall liner and whatnot).

My 2 contenders so far are the rhm panzer (max 100 mobility, camo, view range, and it looks like it can push ~68 survivability with all the crew skills and equipment, ~57 firepower, but it's hard to say exactly without swapping since crew boosting stuff rounds a percent or two depending on the base value) and the e 50m (theoretically 100 view range, 92 survivability, 55 mobility, 70 camo, 70 firepower, although again it's hard to say exact numbers).

Just in my garage however, my current max is my rhm panzer with 53/49/100/100/100 (if I swap to torsion bars, I'm not mixing and matching anything because of rounding) so a grand total of 402/500.

So, if you're bored and want to mess around, see if you can beat that/find what numbers you can get with what tanks, I feel the rhmpanzer is gonna be tough but beatable*, since food and vents don't help a ton as mobility, camo, and view range are all max without them (so it's 8-12 potential points wasted, not to mention all the view range and camo perks that don't help).

*Edit, the Chinese or Russian lights might beat this guy since I didn't check them, if their firepower/survivability are higher then they probably do, I just didnt check outside my garage

If you are doing this you cannot have "close to", "nearly" etc.

The grand total of all the sections will give you a number which is the "base" number to beat.

Hope that made sense

Yea I get that, but short of having a 20+ perk crew (which I don't have) and dropping a bit of gold into this, there's no way to know the exact number you can get (there's a margin of error of +-2 or so because of the multiplicative nature of some things).  One can compare two tanks and say "this stat is higher than that one so therefore if I do the same thing to both, the stats on this one will still be higher".

But you are right, I didn't put enough in to get a concrete baseline, it was meant as a thought process/example but it probably isn't fair to be as vague as I was. It's very possible I overlooked something just on those tanks that could push them higher.  This was just something I started looking at in the garage while debating what to play, thought I'd see if anyone wanted to/had given it more insight than I have.

Sheridan

56/50/100/100/100

Total 406.

If you swap to torsion bars you can make it 55/53/100/100/100 for a total of 408.

Have they changed the bars so they actually show the results of skills and equipment now?

yup, although they didn't increase the maximum value of the stat bars so it's very easy to max out some of the bars very quickly (IE any tank in the game with 380+ view range and optics goes over 100, although it only shows 100 and anything else added doesn't move the bar at all).

I remember when we used to have the green stat bars, they'd be more useful now they adjust to show the results of skills and equipment,  especially if they showed the adjustment on top as another colour like Red.

A more useful stat to display would be to show your pen rolls, similar to how you can see your damage rolls. That way you could see just how much you’re getting screwed by rng in any given game
