it happened to me several times this week to connect in the morning and find the server out of order, I have no connection problems because other games work, I can only play in the morning so I lost the time to do the operations I think I was clear because I use the translator, I received no reply to my ticket, thank you

I also had the same problem and even more serious .... if you can look at these are my tickets. always with systematic answers for you and never played assiduously for us. the answers you give are not  consistent with both me and the rest of my clan.  and friends of wot.ora I send you my tickets so made a further check if possible. Hello, all of these tickets are in regards to asking for additional compensation on top of what was already given, not a denial that the servers had issues. Compensation is the same for all players.The responses all look appropriate for the situation. If you have other concerns about where CSR's are not proving the correct information, due let us know and we'll take a look. Thanks! :honoring:

maybe you're referring to the latest answers that were given after you spoke to him.  however there is no problem we do not want to beg, this is a matter of principle, we have exposed the problems you have caused to us.  now if you have not understood or do not want to understand for us there is no problem we take note of your attitude and we will act accordingly.  knowing how to pamper customers is an art that not everyone knows.  we all have work activities that have to do with customers and we have a totally different vision from yours and I can guarantee you that a happy customer is an immense wealth and also a great advertising.  having said that I wish you a good job.

On a positive note ( for me at least ), it’s good to see others finally stepping up and calling it for what it is.

 

ive been dealing with this for well over a year. Nothing you do will

improve your connection with comic book tanks. It’s not you. It’s them. But they will never admit it here.

hello the point is not if the server works well or badly these are management choices.  it may happen that there are malfunctions.  the point is knowing how to manage the customer who pays and cannot use the service he paid.  this is a very serious shortcoming which in each country is punished differently where I live is called fraud and is a criminal offense.
