I think it's brilliant that you've introduced a 'new' unique Crew with Richard and love that there is an actual link to Tanks with his history and experience.

But, I think you've dropped the ball by not giving Richard a unique skill.  Surely you can come up with a new unique skill that would make him a sort after crew commander!

Come on WG, how about it??

Yeah I thought it was kinda lame when he turned out to be just another basic 100% crew that I already have too many of. Even if they reused some crew skills, it would be cool if it had something. It could have had both the snakebite and boilermaker's skills. Maybe a bit OP, but everyone would have it so who cares.

They should have given at least 6th sense for it. Now it's just one more useless no skill crew that sits in the barraks full of manual fire extinguisher.

We've had the Hallowean Crews which included 'Legendary' Crews with up to 3 skills.  Surely they could've done this with Richard.

He actually has experience as a Gunner & Driver, so why not give him:

BIA

Track Mechanic

Sixth Sense

Critical Hit or Smooth Ride

Make him a Legendary Crew!

On top of that, there also another regular 100% trained crew with 0 skills which comes with the tank if you earn it thru OP lol.

Unique British skill? ''Sipping tea while under fire'' - prolongs reload for 10% until tea water boils. ''Pass the sugar'' perk - View range is reduced by 50% while commander reaches for sugar for his tea.

I think all my crews already have those perks active!!

They also have The English Gentleman Skill - When you face off with an enemy and pull the trigger, your shot is delayed 3 seconds to apply your opponent to hit you first!

You forgot "Dipping the Biscuit" - Turning speed is halved because of steering with one hand.

That would have been worth it. Give him BiA and a special voice and then he is a novel crew that is actually special. Missed opportunity.
