The question is about jack of all trades (JOAT) and whether the bonus is cumulative, takes the highest or if it overrides the 20% base value. 

 

Cumulative seems the best value for the skill and I would hope this is the case.

 

one crew mate is knocked out does it bring that skill up to 50% or 70% ? 

two crewmen out now is it 25% or 45%? and if you are only gaining 5% ... thats really not effective

three are out...  12.5% if JOAT overrides the value (bad), 20% if it takes the highest, or 32.5% if they are cumulative.

I read it goes to 70% now.

You shouldn't be talking about this sort of thing openly, just enjoy it as long as possible before WG realizes it. A lesson cruelly learned with the death of the slapjack (WG made it unplayable instead of removing it from the TT) and the removal of the handbrake given by mistake to TD.

I wondered about this and in my post (can't find it I'm afraid search seems knacked) it was said that JOAT would now work at 70%. Think Rubbelito passed the info on.

For two crew wouldn't it be half of 70 now? So 35%? (I'm a maths genius!)

shouldn't be 35% though...if it is that may be a bug. 

 

it should be 25% from the skill + 20% from the base = 45%. 

 

The base shouldn't be getting cut in half.
