You missed my take - don't render until you're spotted, but remove (or at least increase) the max render range so spotting works as originally intended for the game.

If you want to be one of the 47 Ronin check out our recruitment post and then send a message to Prof935 (xbox) or dimka935 (ps4).

The Full Vision was OK even to be permanent.

I have got used to it pretty fast even closing my 5-th year veteran mark with more than 55K battles.

But I would also make some changes:

- double the shooting range of all guns;

- raise the spotted time after losing the sight to the standard levels. It was dumb to lose spot in only like 2 sec.

So actually I would free up the mode even more by making the limits even higher (not lower).

And I think it would be better for the new players as it’s more logical compared to the real life - the real tanks don’t just disappear from a flat plain let’s say. So the new players don’t have to acquire some deep knowledge to play the game (which is currently needed to understand the spotting, camo etc.). So basically it’s better for the new players even if some veterans hate it and maybe even could leave.

Don't rush me, I'm waiting for the last moment!

So true vision = spotting + no rendering range limits? Just trying to understand better.

remove the spotting cap and increase render range to like 600-630M. most tanks can't even use it because the there so inaccurate at long range

I really liked it, it was good fun. But it has no place in multiplayer. Core game mechanics are built into the game for a reason - lots of things are dependant on those assumptions. Keep it for special event modes only. I can imagine a great alternative to the Kraft Panther mode using true vision with reduced spotting mechanics range. I'm really impressed that WG tried it though.

Take off, nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.  ;)
