I just figured they were pulled until they could get some new landscaping installed.

I believe they're coming back in the December update, 1st or 2nd week. It better be good seeing as they've stopped tank balancing for it. Judging by their comments though, they're gonna use the new maps to shove some more true vision on us and see if their added bushes help things out.
