Just went into my VK45. 02A to change the loadout.
6 PZGR 39L in reserve. 17 on vehicle. Click on the left d pad to reduce it to 16. Voila! I now have 0 reserve.
Also works for HE (SPRGR L).
It's a UI bug because you go back in and the respective counts are correct.
