Seriously have been away for about 6 weeks and come back to this pos interface.

 

Trying to work out what tanks I have in the tech tree, and cannot even filter to see. The old tech tree display was a million times better and easier.

 

I can now see why none of my console friends are playing. Cannot see myself playing either as this interface is just frustrating as hell to navigate.

 

Wanted to buy some keycards but drop table s still pointing at December’s war chest page. I did eventually buy some and laggy as hell when activating.

put simply WG removed world of tanks.

it's gone they say never to return.

then they uploaded the crappest bug filled mess that is meant to be a tank game on the server and told everyone tough sh*t deal with it..

oh and if you spent any time effort and money getting crews past 9 skills they just took the extra skills away as well.......

but with just logging in now your gold should be safe. lots of people had all there gold stolen and needless to say another big F you and thats gone forever now as well...

 

so game removed crap in it's place 

years of grinding in the bin.

gold stolen but not returned.

crews bought with real money stolen as well...

 

i think that sums it up.......

Yep - WGC lack of attention to the MM and tank balance for 7 years

Allowing large platoons in the first place and then allowing them to exist for 6+ years

 

Messing around with +1/-1 to band aid their complete inability to manage and improve the MM

Either Paingod and that fycking idiot Jeff are completely incompetent or they are simply being told what to do by a pathetically out of touch WGC CEO or marketing dept who just don’t get enough attention from the WG head office

From what I can tell, they made a brand new game.  It's undergoing live beta testing, and is full of bugs.  They wanted to increase the amount of money players have to pay by decreasing silver earnings and increasing costs.  They decided to remove the veteran players from the game that don't spend as much anymore to attempt to bring in a new generation of whales. 

 

They really should have changed the name of the game to something different.  World of Tanks Console is already a played out name, and everyone on console that wanted to play it probably already has done.  They're living on people who bought a new PS5 who wanted to try the game on that platform, but it's just treading water since they're losing Xbox players at about the same rate.  

 

They must be at a big dead end in terms of adding content like tank lines and maps, so they're attempting to pivot the game to shake out of the slow death spiral the game has been in the last 2-3 years.  I'm just wondering if they would be better served by removing tank lines, reworking them, then re-releasing them.  They could do a tank line a month.  The updates to the graphics and animations were a good start in my book, but don't seem well optimized.  Most of the update changes weren't well optimized.  The crew changes really messed over veteran players, and may be the reason their pivot fails.
