I have the obj version 2 tier 9 and I wanted the 430 u but for some reason you have to get the K-91 then the 430 before you can Even get the 430 u, Before you could pick your tier 10 and not have to grind them all and cause of this I have to grind 800,000 xp just to get the 430 U which is shocking

Yup, we're all baffled by it to here in the forums. It's a design choice by the way, not a bug in case you wondered, and is working as intended.

Glad I opened up all the tier 10's before the update. Sounds like hell.

Our devs really have a way with telling new players to go f$#% themselves.  Imagine being a new player with hardly any currency or tanks in your garage with the new extended length of grinds.

It is crazy I am at the Tortoise planning on earning the FV183 I was at he ten yard line now the rules have change and i must go through the Badger to get there. i was fairly excited and wanted to play the game to earn the 183. now i am totally demoralized, and do not care. I had many tanks well above nine skills and would play these tanks daily to better their skills, no point now there all the same. This is so lame. i no play one tank the stupid Tortoise just for the grind to the effin Badger.

 

I THOUGHT THE POINT IS TO GET PLAYERS EXCITED TO PLAY A GAME!!!!!! THIS HAS TO BE RETHOUGHT THIS UPDATE HAS THE OPPOSITE EFFECT!!!!!!

Yeah it’s a joke I’ve played the game for 6 years and just wanted to finish a route, The 430 u was like 286k xp before the patch and now I have to grind 800,000 might just convert most of it cause I’ve already grinded 400k

it’s sucks at every level especially 9 to 10

Even at tier 6 unlocking tanks you have unlocked before costs at least another 100k combined with the utterly pointless elite xp on top once you’ve completed the package just seems like and endless soul draining grind

once you’ve research tanks/modules you’ve not done before you should be done, those that were unlocked with other tanks already skipped ...end of story ...move on.
 

Having to elite a tank? why... it’s finished as in nothing left to grind just some pointless status to spend real money to turn tank xp into free xp

linear progression system is pants as it stands ...also the point I thought was we can choose the modules to equip as we go to better mix and match...but we cant choose what tank We want want to unlock first?! Erm what ....why?

Could not agree more with this topic, the grind is becoming unbearable.  A game is supposed to be fun, it is starting to feel like a job.  No fun.   Demoralizing is a perfect way to describe it.

same thing with british heavies, im on conqueror and I want cheftain but need 440k for that and I have to get fv215b first and super conq is 700k its a scam

I had some very weird things. I bought the Super Conqueror last year, and now I can buy the Chieftain and FV215b immediately. I have the FV215b 183 and I can buy the Badger without researching it. Also bought the Bat Chat 25 T AP, and I can buy the 13 90 and AMX 30 also without researching them.
