One thing I've been noticing while playing the CW lights is that when using the upgraded engine the max & reverse that is displayed in the "detailed stats" is incorrect from what it is in-game.

For example with the top engine for the Sheridan it says the max reverse speed is 15 KM/H where as in-game without any speed equipment or consumables it is 18 KM/H. The top speed is also effected as well saying 69 KM/H were as in-game it is around 75KM/H.

While I used the Sheridan as an example it is also an issue for the T92 and most likely other tanks in the line.

Just wanted to pop back to this thread as the max speed for the upgraded engines are still not displaying the correct speed and hope this isn't forgotten about.

The ticket is still open on this one. It requires engineers to change the backend system so it's something that will take a while. :honoring:

If this results in a speed nerf I'll be annoyed. Tanks have always been able to exceed their listed top speed if they have the engine power and its not a hard cap like.

War is a Democracy and the enemy always gets a vote.

3 MoE's: E-25, M41 Walker Bulldog, E-50, Snakebite, E-75, T32, Tiger 131, Skoda T25, Boilermaker, Sentinel AC4 Experimental, M41B Brazil, Obj.416, Cromwell Knight, M551 Sheridan (Cold war) - In order obtained

I guess these tanks get the speed on flat ground that is shown in the values.

No tank ever had a top speed plus with another engine, even if i thought that years ago when I was new in WoT.

And if they keep their new top speed, then these buffs should be made with all CW tanks, or CW lights for the balance of West vs East Alliance.

To my knowledge this is only an issue for CW lights. It wouldn't be a buff to the tanks as they already have the top speed in-game it would be just updating the garage to reflect that.

The top engine adds top speed to lights and TD's in CW.

It doesn't take an engineer to change an number listed in the garage.  It takes an engineer to change the in-game speed.  They will be nerfing the speed of the tanks in-game.

are you using fuel on the tanks because fuel doesnt affected the stats in the garage

It does take an engineer as they have to write new code for the game to look at the engine's speed limit instead of the tank's speed limit as this is a new feature for vehicles.

I am not and was not at the time I reported this bug. I should also note that the speed increase also not listed on the official WoTC website.
