I'd keep it, when you have enough spare silver for equipment/consumables and a commander with a few skills give it a try.

You only help your team mates, because they can't be shot at, if they're dead

Don’t sell it dude. But don’t play it yet. As others have said, play for a few more months to grind the silver, then play it and see what it’s all about.

Alternatively, you could play a couple of battles in it, then sell it, then in a few months when you have enough silver you can send a support ticket in to get it back. If that’s still a thing.

As said before. Awesome tank. Don´t sell it. Just let it in your garage. I think a lot of us has some premium tanks without equipment in the garage.

To farm silver, better play with some premiums in CW using silver bonus. Don´t waste silver bonus in WW2.

Don't sell it. It is one of the best, apparently. If you are low on silver then the starter tanks in cold war are great to earn silver with.

Since 6.0, it isn't possible to get a premium tank back by making a support ticket. It now has to be bought back from the in game tech tree for silver. It has been an issue with buying back mercenaries tanks this way earlier, don't know if that still is the case.

I’ve only been playing for less than a month and have earned the T95/FV4201 Chieftain. What am I supposed to do with it? I don’t have any commanders with more than 4 skills, I don’t have enough silver to equip it and I don’t have enough experience to play anywhere near tier 10! Should I let it sit in the garage or sell it for the silver to help me with the grinds?

Keep it, go back to low tiers for a bit then once you have more experience in about 6 months, try the tank but it's a very good tank and may regret selling it down the line. I'd also advise watching Youtubers and learning from them. I was a Newbie for 2 years before i decided to look on Youtube. Quickybaby is a good source to learn from, He's on PC but can use 80-90% of things you learn on Console. The Turkey Tank for Light Tank Tips and WOTC Academy (Cpl Derren) Specialises in helping players learn how to play from basic tutorials to advanced such as Side Scraping and Armour Angling.

what everyone has already said is spot on.  Don't ever sell a tank unless you really despise it and surprisingly even after grinding up the next tank you won't really know.  You have got to play several hundred games generally especially as you are new.  You might be really surprised by which tanks become your eventual favorites.  I did this to fund the grind and regret it but back then the economy was different.  Silver was precious and you had to actually pay for ALL gold.  Nowdays you should be accumulating silver faster than you can spend it IF you aren't rushing up the grind.

Since you discovered wotstars use it to analyze your weaknesses or ask others familar with stat's to help.  WN8 is meaningless for the most part in isolation but an experienced player can look at all your stats and get a good feel for your weaknesses.   Take a look at the stat's the top players are putting up.  It makes you realize how high the ceiling is and what is possible.  Generally my best games are a unicums AVG game which is quite humbling. If possible try and 1 mark each tank before you move up a tier in that line which will help.

Don't fail up.  I painfully grinded up to tier 10 as fast as I could selling everything along the way because I wanted to play with the big boys.  You can luckily do that now that they give away tier 10's like it's leftover Halloween candy.  Play those freebie tanks just to realize how far you have to go then get back to the lower tiers.   Honestly they are generally a whole lot more fun anyway.

It's great that you are actively trying to study but at this point mainly just focus on having fun.  Burnout will come eventually it does to everyone.  Don't let the grind addict you.  That's it's whole purpose.

Keep it, it’s a very strong tank.

I wouldn’t jump straight to 10s just yet, just keep doing what you are doing goring though the tiers.  Then one day, you will be ready for to play the higher tiers, and it will be a nice tank to have.

Look at some YouTube videos of how it’s played on a few maps then jump into tier 10 3 skilled crew is all u really need. Yea 7 skill would be better tho lol. Hide your lower plate and u should do fine

Me Personally, I would grind out a tank tree and got several tier 10 tanks but it was like 2 years before I ever took one into a match. First Tier 10 tank I went for was the IS7.

Really it is good idea to stay at lower tiers until you get comfortable. IF you are just curious to see a Tier 10 Match then take it for a spin and try it out. That said, if you are just not comfortable doing that then don't.

Keep your tank, selling them before you have a chance to play them you will regret later because you will just buy it back sooner or later.

It is really up to you as for keeping or selling a tank...I used to sell about every tank I ground out but now I keep them. Too danged much work went into getting something to just give back for really nothing. Considering

how long it takes to grind out some tanks and how hard it is...

One thing to note, IF you truly want to learn you have to try things to learn about them.

Thanks everyone, most people say keep it and save it for when I get better (I hope :teethhappy:). Even though I think I need more silver I think I’ll do that. Until then it looks cool in my garage, ha ha

I remember the struggle with silver back when I started and that was with no crews.  Starting today with the cost of crews and equipment must be much more difficult than when the game was in its infacy.  Silver is more important to you now than a tank which will most likely lose silver when you eventually play it.  I would sell it.

Play it from time to time. You’ve earned it and you deserve to play it. Yes, you are in a disadvantage by not having equipment and trained commander in it. Just be cautious and don’t be aggressive w/ your play style. It’s tier 10, so you will loose silver, accept that fact.

I'd keep it until you can afford to run it and are more comfortable with the maps.  If you need garages, I can send you some.

Thanks very much I’ll do that. There’s a lot of maps and tanks I don’t see yet. I have sold some tier 3 tanks when I got the tier 4 and I have some garages but thanks very much. I think I saw you in a battle but I got killed quick so wasn’t sure :(

Tipp from my side. Once you get to tierV TechTree tanks, don´t sell the tierIV tanks. They don´t get you much silver, but once you master this game, you wish you hadn´t sold them.

I had to buy back some of them. Years ago i was very bad with them (like the hetzer), now i love them.

If you want to play seriously, go back to tier 5. If you play just for fun and don't care about anything, then grace tier 10 with your presence. The only thing that matters is that you have fun yourself

I've only done one or two battles in WW2 in the last few days, I think....Trying to stay out of lower tiers to let the new players get some experience.

If you placed top 7 or better for 400 points to earn the tank you might surprise yourself when you do have a game in it
