Also I really appreciate the two days Premium, even if your intentions are to get me to spend money, but why does it seem like my crew is training even slower now?

Any news on this front?  It's pretty dishearting.

I've tested this with old pre 1.1 crews and newly recruited post 1.1 crews and the old ones don't progress at the same rate.

No news at all since that note I got...but I am feeling the effects as most of my tanks feel inferior since the update.  It is like driving tanks on the stock package when you have no crew skills...that is what i am feeling...

I did just get this answer....

 

"We aplogize for the delay in reponse to your message.

In order to forward this we wouldn like to ask if you have any additonal information on this issue.

After which we can collect all the data and send it to our developers.

We apologize for any inconvience and look forward to the information.

If you have any further questions or concerns please let us know."

 

 

It seems we are going backwards.  My first response was what I posted and the fact that they knew there was an issue.  I kept the ticket open and got a stock answer letter, I again kept the ticket open.

 

My initial ticket had lots of details, I have left more again (how hard is it to look at my tanks, see the battles won, XP etc, see all of the tanks I have sold and how little crew XP accrued and was transferred from the lower tier tanks??).... 

 

Today I get this.  The third different person responding to my issue.  I do not think they have talked to each other or know what is going on I think they just type stuff as fast as they can.  

 

Here we go again (not my first journey down this road)....getting worried how and if they plan to resolve this or just wait it out....

I have not heard anything as of yet either. Quite disappointed in WG.

Still hoping it gets fixed soon, My Chaffee and T14 have Way more battles fought than any of the other tanks but their crews are way behind :sad:

Because seems a lot of us have the same prob.

 

These some examples:

T29: 570 matches, only a perks (now they are 3 but I have played a lot, so maybe the initial matches could be 470)...

M103: 472 matches, 60% crew, I have dismissed and bought another one to reach 80%.

Sherman Jumbo: 263 matches, like the M103 only bar to 60%, dismissed and rebought.

My M5 Stuart got no increase what so ever since the update but by now I have already sold it.

Had 44k at the time with only the Chaffee left to research, I also sold at least 2 tanks when I still had it in my garage so it should have gotten the shared exp. I guess that exp is lost forever :dry:

So i submitted a ticket for my tiger and tiger 2 both had over 300 games in them with each around 200k of elite xp and niether had even 100% crew. 

 

So i got the stock answer that blah blah selling tanks blah blah play a game in it. When i specifically said in my email that i had played 60 some more games in my tiger 2 and now it almost had a single skill. So the answer wasn't really satisfactory to me, but since they were my only heavy tanks and i never sold any on the line i was willing to let it go knowing that i hadn't moved any xp along up the tiers. 

 

But wargamming sent me another email asking if this had answered my question and after reading this thread i decided no, no it didn't and reopened the ticket.

I guess its another case of Wargaming saying they are aware of the problem and wait for a fix, but then wargaming also said there would be some sort of compensation for the downtime around launch when those who bought premium couldnt even play the game for days and was told there would be compensation and it never happened, I think wargaming policy is let them moan about it they will probably forget about it in a few weeks but no I havent forgot you still owe us compensation for that downtime, I got a little black book and im keeping notes of how you treat your consumers

Ugh, can I get my Tiger II 165k XP crew back then?  I figured he was just slow and I dismissed him lol.

I have the same issue for my Chaffee and T29.   Had been grinding XP since before the patch, and after it came...  barely achieved a single skill/perk with both.  Both tanks has 55/65% win rates with over 140k convertible XP.  I ended up swapping the crews from my T2/T23 , which only had ~50k free xp each, but they were able to afford 5-6 skills/perks.
