Need the little light bulb back. Also was playing with a tank that had sixth sense on it and it didn't tell me I was spotted even after I had been getting shot for at least 35 seconds while trying to back away out of line of fire. The thing never went off. So it's buggy I think.

That happened one time out of about 30 battles with me too. It just stopped working period for that battle somehow. I didn't look to see if commander was killed or not, that may be a reason.

We had 6th sense in beta and it works very differently to the detected icon. It's the first perk I put on my tanks

Dead commander? The perk is only active when the crew member that it's tied to is alive.

I don't know if that is going to be fixed but there is no point in getting that perk because you already know if youve been spotted.

Your absolutely right it is completely worthless....You should never use it.....and further more,  you should discourage all of your friends from using it.

Your not gonna like the Truth and there is simply no way to hide from it.

Unless you are on my team in which case put it on, and then take it off after...

So what should I Pick for my 1 Perk/Skill for my Jagdpanther II? I was thinking either 6th Sense, (Does Mentor help if your crew is 100%?) Mentor or Repair. Maybe Camoflauge but I appreciate any info.

Depends on your style of play with the TD. I use camo for my first skill with TDs (stay behind main push behind concealment). Or Repair, if you're the front-line TD type player. Camo will still work for you without a Camo-net, but not as effective. And don't bother with Optics or binos (you should have someone in front of you spotting - so no need for optics, and you can engage targets as far out as your "draw" range providing targets are lit. Good hunting :izmena:

You mean how when a person sees something that isn't 100% accurate and they decide to be a complete [edited]instead of sharing correct info?  Yeah, I agree.

6th sense is supposed to alert you the instant you've been spotted from any direction, while !detected lets you know someone has been watching you for 3 seconds.  Theoretically that player is in your FOV, but in practice they would have been in your FOV anytime in the last three seconds, not necessarily in your FOV when you get the alert.

Bah...whats the point? If you really want a clear understanding do the research. There is so much guessing and second hand info in this thread alone that me posting one more variation of an explanation is not gonna clear things up. ...

However...pressing "a" or changing ammo has no effect on spotting or detection.  Detection requires your own turret to be pointed at the enemy tank which has spotted you. The sixth sense has no such requirement.  In a nut shell.

..not to mention...i was not sure it was a serious or sarcastic statement...i mean..."enemy pressed the "a" button" ...really? Where did that come from?

If it's useless, you're doing it wrong.
