Needs to be 4/4 since green have the better creatures and it needs to have trample while giving trample to others ^^

And another literal guy here....

People are posting MTG, YU-GI-OH and Pokemon examples here... They're not going to be able to fight each other fair are they?
What happened to Defenders such as spiders and insects with low damage and defense.

I am going based off the armor and performance of a Matilda tank... duh.

you would have a hard time getting this on board running elfs.

You have awaken my inner nerd! :izmena:

And not all Green decks run elves...

Beast green decks can play creature cards at as low as 2 Mana. Grizzly bear for instance. 2/2

Oh sorry if i took some one's entry idea. woops.

"When you are finished, we will create a mock battle with the cards that you submit!" You were saying?

I'm talking about the side scraping ability, its enter into battle effect and how it goes with the flavor text. If you want me to correct myself what I said about your card then I should of said it should be red because its power and toughness is more flavorful for red. I'm not hating the one you made btw. You can criticise the art on mine if you want. It needs improving but I couldn't find anything that was relevant and/or could fit.

That's fair. Thanks for neutralizing the misunderstanding. Matilda is a tier 4. I didn't want to make it uberly stronk.

And Ta2dflip, you are very welcome.

@ Wookie Shanker...

Having played MTG since Unlimited, and having unwrapped several Power 9 cards including a Black Lotus, I thought it would be fun to see the cards made in the MTG format and then see how realistic they could/would be in a real MTG deck.

I did not want you to get butthurt over some playful banter...

You shouldn't mock people's entries =)

I love MTG too. Have it on Xbl and physical cards. Not sure i'd want to spill lots of money opening "booster" packs.

I'm 25, have children and Feel too old for that now.

I was in no way mocking your entry. I like the idea of the Matilda card and it is a good fit at 3/1. I just thought the GGGG was a bit high of a casting cost. Almost makes you have to run mono green.

I get the fun of still playing MTG. I taught 2 of my 3 sons to play around age 10. Now at 16 and 13, they both can play and have taught many of their friends to play as well. I have a 5 year old in reserve that I can teach to play as these guys run dry on it in a few years.

Heh.

That's sweet.

I will likely do the same as in 10 years from now, they may think of it like Subbuteo (google this) and when i was young, that was so fun.

I still have most of my cards in storage but my kids are only 3yrs, 2 yrs, and 5 months. I've have been able to get my wife hooked on the hearthstone card game on Ipad and she likes it.She even beats other players on it now too.

I know how you feel I'm 30 with all those fun adult responsibilities like mortgage, kids, and fixing the stuff at my house that breaks.  I do miss going to tournaments for it. Played mostly type 2 and extended but draft was always a blast I used to get a good bit of my cards that way. Draft was by far the best test of skill where the other ones were who has the biggest wallet to drop on rares. It's funny now I was offered the option to be a judge (forget the organization for it now) but don't know most of the new rules and abilities.  I stopped after the Invasion cycle and 7th or 8th edition can't remeber.*edit* I was a level 2 judge  judge with recomendations from the level 3 or above judge that was in my area.

Now I'm trying to figure out how I want to do my card when I have time this weekend.
