I made this for my WoT clan today and I figured it would be nice if I shared it with everyone else to use.  Hopefully a few of you get some use out of it.  The rest of this is copied directly from the Word document.  Enjoy!

Note: This guide was originally made for a WoT clan and as such will occasionally feature information meant just for that audience.  Anything for this target audience will be italicized.  I also assume that this signature will be used in a gaming forum of some sort.

Estimated time of completion: Anywhere from 30 minutes to over 2 hours – This all depends on how experienced you are with your chosen photo editing software and how detailed you want to make the signature.  It will also take longer if you are indecisive about what you want to use for the different parts of your signature and when you want your signature to look perfect you may spend a lot of time finding just the right signature background, gamertag logo, icons, etc.

This is my first attempt at making my own sig pic. Took me an hour or so. I used the free select tool to crop the band logo out of its black background, then used the perspective tool to make it look like it was a decal applied to the tank on the front and side. I tried to make the "Victory Not Vengeance" part into an animated portion and make the whole pic a .gif, but I could never get the layers to work and cycle right, no matter how much I played with the settings. (No real clue as to what I'm doing). I also don't know how I should apply a border or something like rounded edges to the image.

What do you all think? Not bad for never having used image editing software before, yeah? (Outside of MS Paint lol)

Pretty cool guide bro. I like to add some personality to my ones though. Messing with the images and adding small bits just makes it look more unique.

Just a heads up, the Size of a normal forum signature is not 481 x 101. That is a special size just for Supertester's so normal forum users can't steal the Supertester signature.

Normal Forum users have a size restriction of: 468 x 100

Totally agree with you.  The signature I created for this was very basic and I didn't want to put more time than I needed into it.  Well that and I'm not a graphic designer :P

This should definitely get pinned somewhere. Maybe offtopic. I mean if I can use this to make a halfway decent-looking sig, then this guide could help out a lot of people.

Hay there Creepy.... I have gone ahead and moved this thread to the Newcomers Section as this is a great "How to".

Thanks for taking the time to put this all together and for sharing with all of use.
