so for Christmas my brother got me a pack of three models from a company called Metsl Earth, they are all stainless steel laser etched and cut tanks, starting off as flat sheets you break the parts out and bend and twist them and assemble them. so far I've finished two I keep them infront of my TV.   sorry if the pictures are too big >.<

Huh, those are pretty awesome. I don't was just checking them out after reading your post, not a big tank selection, but a large selection of models in general. Thanks for posting this, I now know what to get my old man for his birthday

yea all I have is those two the T-34 and M4 im still working on the third one the best one the Tiger tank! but they do a lot of models from ATAT and Melanium Falcon to Hellcats (plane) and Zero's I think, they are a pain in the but..one of the bogeys on the sherman broke so one side doesn't have three but if you like making models and are patient it's a good payout

I've been laggin on finishing my Tiger I, because it's so intricate.  It's just like history, in the same time and effort it takes to make 1 Tiger, you can roll out an entire detachment of T34s, or M4 Shermans!

Awesome models!

Was it hard to work with the metal pieces? How many were there?

I'm messing around with some super-basic, 1/72 scale models for a bit of wargame board-gaming, but I've always wanted a cool big-size Model Tank :)

they Aren't that big I have a picture of all my tanks I have lined up (after those were taken I got a M48A2 Patton a Sherman and a Stug Ausf G) the T34 and Sherman are the smallest ones I have the metal I did cut myself on some and there are about id say 100 or more parts, I broke one of the bogey suspension on one side so that sucks all I did was bend the part a bit to far and Snap! but everything from the hull, turret, every catch and vent housing, every road wheel, the sprocket and idler wheels and any wiggly bits they might have even down to the bow gun are parts you must bend into place and attach. sizes of parts range from the palm of your hand to the size of the tip of your pinky. they would be great for war games on a board I think
