Will be adding a Video to this in the coming days but wish to try putting this into words 1st.
Video Trying to Explain what I'm talking about.
For Slow Loading Into and out of Battle Issues:
(Note 25-30 seconds late is acceptable but anything more I'd try to fix)
Try This 1st since this is the less time intensive solution:
Defragmentation
Spoiler
Start World of Tanks 360 Edition then at the Select Server/News screen:
hold LB + RB + Y
After this you should see your system start managing files at the bottom of the screen
Let this run until it stops
Proceed to play the game as normal
If Problems persist or having a "Download Loop" issue:
Try this: (note: I do this before every update)
Clean Re-Installation
Spoiler
On Your Dashboard:
Navigate to the "System" tab
Select "Storage"
Select "Games and Apps"
Select “World of Tanks Xbox 360 Edition”
Delete all files that are not the Xbox 360 Game file (all Content files should be deleted)
Back out to you storage device and press "Y"
Select "Clear Cache" and do this 3x
Then start up WoT like normal
Let the FULL DOWNLOAD go through, DO NOT enter the garage while downloading, nor do anything that takes up a lot of internet bandwidth
Select Play Game once finished
Enjoy a better running game
If you have problems only on your profile but none on another profile on the same console.
Redownload XBL Profile
Spoiler
Here’s how:
Go to Settings, and then select System.
Select Storage.
Select All Devices.
Select Gamer Profiles.
Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
Select Delete.
Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
To clear the system cache
Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Storage or Memory.
Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
Select Clear System Cache. We suggest doing this three times.
When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
Download your Xbox Live profile again
You can download your Xbox Live gamertag to any console. Here’s how:
Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.
Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile is downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Microsoft account password to sign into your profile.
Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
Select Download Profile.
Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live gamertag.
Now, enter your Microsoft account password.
Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent’s Microsoft account information is required to download the profile.
Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

For me this problem was always solving by itself. I don't needed to do any kind of reinstal of files defrag. But now I see that defraging the files is quick solution, maybe I will try it.

Son of a butchers dog..... after defrag I actually spawned 20+ seconds early! Previously I was anywhere from 40 seconds to 3+ minutes late....
Thanks!
Yup tried the Defrag 6 times. It doesn't work for me. I'm still joining the game apx 25 seconds late on average. I have also tried clearing the cache on my hard drive and hasn't helped. It looks like they need to patch this rushed update.

25 seconds is fine, its the people that load in a min or more that need help

Silly me, I was not having loading issues, but decided to do this anyway because it sounded like a good idea. Defragging a hard drive is a good thing, right? Well, after doing this my load times were MUCH WORSE... a full 60 seconds or more. I did the "delete game - clear system cache" trick and the load times were back to normal. Phew! But doing the LB+RB+Y+Start thing when it wasn't needed made things worse for me. By the way, it is not very clear when the defrag is complete. The bouncing white dot stops and there is no "checking" message? There needs to be a clear indicator (popup message) when the defrag is complete.

This is why I put what is normal at the top of the screen no need to do unessasary file management if its all working

I have had less lag since doing as Soviet has suggested...both clear cache 3 times and defrag. It does improve the play quite a bit, but has not totally eliminated the lag. I was playing my AT15 on Highway and it completely froze for 10 to 15 seconds. My platoon mates said it looked like I had lagged out. Then the tank jumped ahead about 200 feet and started again. I see lag on certain maps as well. So, I am going to delete the game and do a total reinstall. Something I should have done to begin with.
I am playing on a flash drive now and it does make a huge improvement. However, all that said, there is something fundamentally wrong with the game when this needs to be done often. To me, it seems WG is treating the symptoms, not the disease. Time to get this fixed long term.

Install the game on a USB stick is another way. Once I did that back in late spring, no more late loading.
I will confirm this solution. When 1.8 came out - my platoon mate started loading into a game 2 minutes late. Tried defrag with no improvement. Went out and bough Sandisk Ultra 16GB (not a cheap brand/model), moved the game over - no longer any problems.
I suggested this specific flash drive based on my own experience - regular flash drives have very low write speed (4 mb/s or so) and are *very* slow when downloading an update - from personal experience expect 1.5 up to 2 hours vs same update taking 20 minutes if hard disk is used. Sandisk Ultra brand has 40MB write speed, which improves update speed by a lot.
Hope this helps.
P.S: Better yet, Sandisk Extreme, rather than Sandisk Ultra.

Beat ya...
Here is the drive that I use... works great and has the write speed necessary.

Thank you for backing me up on this claim. For me is Kingston Data Traveller DT101 G2. I started with the 16GB but use a 32GB now.
No sure about the latest Xbox 360 but the older ones (slim + fat) do not support anything beyond USB 2.0 so don't waste your money.

I had this problem for over 1000 games , loading in late, game freezing, getting booted from server.WG helped me alot between them and comcast it ended up being a bad hard drive. Last night was loading over a min late every time had to reload the game on my new hard drive I just bought for this game. Now everythig is good again point is if you have an old xbox like mine the external gray hard drives do go bad.
