Xbox One Launch Known Issues List

 

Dear Tankers,

 

We are aware of some issues affecting players during today’s launch on the Xbox One. Please look below to see if your issue is addressed, and if not – please provide additional detail below and submit a support ticket here.

 

We have credited all players that had Premium Time or time-sensitive consumables (camo, emblems, inscriptions, etc.) with an additional day in light of the server outages during the launch.

 

The game appears to be freezing

 

It appears connection issues with Xbox Live are slowly being resolved and players are successfully getting into and completing matches.
 

Previously: Xbox Live is currently experiencing service interruptions that may cause several issues with the game - including freezing, exiting to the dash, inability to login, inability to invite friends to platoons and the inability to purchase gold. Please consult the latest Xbox Live Service Status here and stay tuned - we have a topic for the discussion of this issue. We're staying on top of this issue!

 

The T1E6-X1 is not appearing in my Garage

 

-Please ensure you have logged in to World of Tanks (and reached the Garage) with each Xbox Live account that pre-downloaded the game via an Xbox One console using your Xbox Live Account. At that point, the content will be unlocked across both Xbox 360 and Xbox One platforms.

-If you are unable to access an Xbox One console, please submit a support ticket here.

 

I purchased the Founders’ Packs on Xbox.com or the Xbox Marketplace and haven’t received the content

 

-Please ensure you have logged in to World of Tanks (and reached the garage) with each Xbox Live account that purchased the Founders’ Packs via an Xbox One console using your Xbox Live Account. At that point, the content will be unlocked across both Xbox 360 and Xbox One platforms.

-If you do not have access to an Xbox One, please submit a support ticket here.

-If you have logged in to your Xbox Live Account via an Xbox One and still have not received your Founders’ Packs, please submit a support ticket here.

 

I have not received my Road to Victory (x2) Operation

 

- Updated 7/29, 17:30 Pacific: We are aware that some players did not receive their 'Road to Victory' (x2) Op. We have been able to identify these players affected and have set up the Operation to go live tomorrow at 02:00 AM Pacific / 09:00 UTC on July 30th. All affected players will automatically receive the op upon their first login after this time.

 

Missing Achievements

 

We understand some players are experiencing issues with their Xbox Achievements updating. Please see this Xbox Support page for troubleshooting information.

Can you care to elaborate on some of these? The more info you can provide the better we can try to identify the issues and figure out what's going on.

Hey thanks for the list . I have another one to add to it. None of the DVR clips that i have recorded, have sound... it's just silent. It's not the Xbox, as the sound was cranked to the max... it's a rather weird thing lol.

People in party chat can still hear people in game chat. That's a big issue too.

My party chats not working with 360 players and I have no game chat at all

I'm having quite bad lag issues when playing on NA East. Normally my ping bars stay at 4, but now they change between 1 and 3. Friend of mine who I'm platooned with is having no issues and he lives about 5 miles from me, lol. We both live in Finland, haven't tried EU server because reasons.

Party chat is definitely still messed up.

I'm in a private party on Xbox One and can hear teammates in game chat.

 

Also, when I'm in game chat, no one can hear me talking through my Kinect. People can hear me fine in parties. 

 

I have an Open NAT and don't have any privacy/child features activated.

I can hear chat through my tv without a headset attached. it stops when I plug in my headset. I tried updating my controller no dice. there is no way to turn it off on the xbox 1

I'm experiencing dissconections mid game, and it won't launch me Back into the game when I restard to game, I go straight to the garage. Also because of the mid game shut downs I lost all my xp that I would have revived for those games

Try restarting your xbox and router. The servers are up.

That's caused by the kinect. People need to turn it off while in parties.

Same here. A few of them popped when I first signed in, but most of them are frozen.
