Xbox One Launch Known Issues List
Dear Tankers,
We are aware of some issues affecting players during today’s launch on the Xbox One. Please look below to see if your issue is addressed, and if not – please provide additional detail below and submit a support ticket here.
We have credited all players that had Premium Time or time-sensitive consumables (camo, emblems, inscriptions, etc.) with an additional day in light of the server outages during the launch.
The game appears to be freezing
It appears connection issues with Xbox Live are slowly being resolved and players are successfully getting into and completing matches.
Previously: Xbox Live is currently experiencing service interruptions that may cause several issues with the game - including freezing, exiting to the dash, inability to login, inability to invite friends to platoons and the inability to purchase gold. Please consult the latest Xbox Live Service Status here and stay tuned - we have a topic for the discussion of this issue. We're staying on top of this issue!
The T1E6-X1 is not appearing in my Garage
-Please ensure you have logged in to World of Tanks (and reached the Garage) with each Xbox Live account that pre-downloaded the game via an Xbox One console using your Xbox Live Account. At that point, the content will be unlocked across both Xbox 360 and Xbox One platforms.
-If you are unable to access an Xbox One console, please submit a support ticket here.
I purchased the Founders’ Packs on Xbox.com or the Xbox Marketplace and haven’t received the content

I have not received my Road to Victory (x2) Operation
- Updated 7/29, 17:30 Pacific: We are aware that some players did not receive their 'Road to Victory' (x2) Op. We have been able to identify these players affected and have set up the Operation to go live tomorrow at 02:00 AM Pacific / 09:00 UTC on July 30th. All affected players will automatically receive the op upon their first login after this time.
Missing Achievements
We understand some players are experiencing issues with their Xbox Achievements updating. Please see this Xbox Support page for troubleshooting information.
