The T32 is amazing in every way except the gun... and that matters unfortunately. I really wanted to like the T32 and keep it, but alas I could not get around it's shortcomings. Still, it's a great fighter once fully upgraded and worth experiencing.
The M103 is amazing once fully upgraded. Until the final upgrade it's awful. I recommend using as much saved up Free XP to get it as upgraded as you can. I think I may buy it again at some point and see how it's recent buffs improved it. Even before it was buffed it was outstanding. I recommend "Folk's M103/ T110E5 Guides" by FolkAttorney67 for tips on how the M103 and E5 play. From my experience with both, he's spot on. That said, I should point out that you'll get the most out of that guide if you read through the many pages. Some of the best nuggets of info are hidden along the way.
Then there is the E5... just wow. It is perhaps one of the best tier 10 tanks. Anyone disappointed with it just does not get it.
Hope that helps!
Git gud here: bit.ly/tankguide (I should read this). On Track list.

The t32's penetration is pretty meh, but it's a decent tank. Its gun was frustrating for me at the time because I was a newish player and not as comfortable with weakspots or spanming premo as I am now. Not a good experience. T29 needs no recommendation o/c.
I don't have a fully upgraded m103 or e5 on my own account but I've played both, and they're great. I once held/murdered an entire flank on my own in the e5 (my partner's). I played the m103 the other day on the test sever and really enjoyed the mobility. I'll be continuing that grind as soon as I have the silver to afford it.

APCR is good for higher tiers with guns that are ok.

Wow, I can't read. I thought the OP was about whether to go down the line or not. :p
T32 tip: spam APCR and stay hull down
M103 is also surprisingly tough to pen when it's hull down unless you're close. The first tip I picked up is never ever turn your side or the side of your turret to anyone. It has insanely thin side armor and even recently got a side armor nerf (not that it matters). But the tracks are big and can eat some shots, according to Folk.

Hull down in the t29 and T32. In the M103 and T110E5 not as much.
Tis the season to eat bacon.
